1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in "Up to R5,000 Bonus on your first three deposits" offered by Mzansibet. If you do not adhere to these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in the promotion.

2. This Mzansibet Casino Games Offer consists of a 100% Deposit Bonus up to R2,000 + 100 Bonus Spins, Second deposit = 100% up to R2,000 Bonus, Third deposit = 50% Up to R1,000 Bonus.

3. In order to participate, the customer must be over the age of 18.

4. This offer is only valid for new Mzansibet customers.

5. The Up to R5,000 Bonus on your first three deposit can only be claimed once in full per new customer.

6. Customers have 30 days from first registration to meet the minimum qualification criteria for one of the offers.

Deposit Bonus

13. Once a customer has opted with either Promo Code MZANSIOFFER1 OR MZANSIOFFER2 and made an qualifying first deposit amount (stated above), Mzansibet will match the deposit by 100% up to a maximum bonus amount of R2,000.

14. The deposit and bonus amount will be combined together into a locked balance. The wagering requirement is Bonus x 30 on games only.

15. Customers can forfeit the bonus at any time and retain any deposited funds that still remain in their balance. Upon forfeit of the bonus amount, any remaining deposited funds will be transferred to the cash balance.

16. If a customer has opted in using code MZANSIOFFER2 and made an eligible first deposit of at least R250, Mzansibet will also credit customers 100 Bonus Spins on Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play).

Bonus Spins

17. The 100 Bonus Spins will be credited over the customer's first 5 days after registration (20 Bonus Spins per day). The first 20 Bonus Spins will be credited instantly after the eligible first deposit has been made.

18. Each batch of 20 Bonus Spins need to be activated in the Bonuses section of the customer's account.

19. Each individual Bonus Spin credited will be valued at R1.203 each.

20. Any winnings from the Bonus Spins will be credited to the bonus balance with a wagering requirement. Wagering requirement on all winnings from Bonus Spins will be x 30 on games only.

Games Bonus Wagering

21. A wagering requirement is the number of times a customer needs to play through a stated amount of balance before they are able to request a withdrawal of any winnings.

22. A customer has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.

23. Bonuses are active for 7 days only. Any bonuses that have not been used within this time period will expire and will not be re-credited.

24. Bonuses are automatically canceled upon active balance reaching the amount of R0.05 or less. This term only applies to the bonus balance.

25. The maximum bet allowed to be placed whilst a bonus is in its active wagering requirement phase is R100. This includes any bet placed whilst the bonus wagering conditions have not yet been completed, and applies to all no deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, Bonus Spins winnings and loyalty scheme bonuses. Maximum bet limit includes bet doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game). Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting the bonus and any winnings accumulated from the moment the bonus was activated.

26. Not all games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. The following casino game types contribute the stated %s towards wagering requirements: Eligible slot games - 100% of the bet, roulette games - 25%, card games - 10%, poker games - 5%, сasual - 5%, crash - 5%, other games - 0%.

27. 100% of the bet contributes towards wagering requirements when playing slots, except for the ineligible slot games. A full list of ineligible slot games can be found on General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

28. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

29. A customer can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the customer.

30. Only one bonus can be activated at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

31. A customer has the right to refuse any bonuses from the Casino.

32. Delaying any game round in any game, including Bonus Spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having Bonus Spins features or bonus features are still available in a game, is prohibited.

33. When playing with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. Mzansibet reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.

34. All winnings obtained directly from a deposit bonus are capped at R100,000. This cap is not automatic and will be retrospectively applied by Mzansibet if the winnings exceed this amount when the wagering requirement has been met.

36. The Player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings. Strategies that may be considered as bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Reducing the stake size of more than 80% after a large winning bet with the aim of completing wagering with minimal risk.
• Betting on both outcomes in games with multiple betting options: Placing bets on both sides of a game where two outcomes are possible (e.g., red and black in Roulette) to ensure low-risk completion of wagering requirements.
• Exploiting game features to hedge bets: Using in-game features like double-up options after a win to maximize gains from a win and then betting minimally to fulfill the wagering requirements.
• Maximizing bets on high RTP (Return to Player) games: Consistently betting large amounts on games with a high RTP, which statistically lowers the casino's edge, in order to maximize the chances of winning while fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Manipulating bonus rounds and Bonus Spins: Intentionally seeking out and using bonus rounds or Bonus Spins in specific games to increase winnings without significantly impacting the wagering requirements.
• Betting patterns that mimic software or system play: Displaying betting behaviors that closely resemble automated or system-based play, where the player consistently follows a specific algorithm or pattern that suggests non-random, strategic behavior aimed at maximizing bonus advantage.

37. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited, particularly in the cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met, and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
38. Mzansibet has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

General Terms and Conditions

39. General Terms & Conditions and General Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.

40. All cash deposits made to a player's account must be turned over once (player must place cash bets to the same value of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits are made, the player must wager the total amount of these deposits prior to requesting a withdrawal. Mzansibet reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if this cash deposit turnover requirement has not been met. In any case that a deposit bonus is claimed and locked together into one balance with bonus funds, the cash amount will always be spent first.

47. Mzansibet will make an initial effort to resolve the dispute between the parties involved before escalating it to the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board (WCGRB). If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, Mzansibet will then refer the matter to the WCGRB. This does not prevent the complainant from independently bringing the dispute to the WCGRB as well.
